This gentle yoga class is suited for all fitness levels
and those new and returning to a yoga practice who
wish to enjoy participating at their own pace. The
focus of each class will be connecting to your breath
by matching the breath to the movement,
strengthening the total body in a gentle way at your
own pace, tuning into sensations to enhance mind
body connection and improving balance and
flexibility. Each class begins with centering the mind
while connecting to the breath, followed by gentle
mindful movement while moving into an easy flow
of poses to strengthen the body then stretches to
improve flexibility and mobility along with balance
challenges and final relaxation to complete the
class. Modifications for poses and stretches will be
provided to suit all fitness and energy levels.
