PUBLIC MEETING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2022 at 7pm
The Town of Cornwall Planning Board and Town Council will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 7:00pm at the Cornwall Civic Centre (29 Cornwall Road, Cornwall). The purpose of the meeting is to give residents and other interested parties an opportunity to provide feedback to Council on the following:
- The Town of Cornwall is proposing to amend the current General Land Use Plan (Figure 5 of the 2022 Official Plan) in conjunction with the Zoning Map (Schedule “A” to the Zoning & Subdivision Control (Development) Bylaw #422) amendment related to applications to rezone PID 777557 Cornwall Road, and 522 Capital Drive (PID 245613). The said applications and proposed Zoning Map amendments were presented to the public at an open meeting held on October 13, 2022. The proposed amendment to the General Land Use Plan is to ensure consistency between the Zoning Map and the 2022 Official Plan.
