How to Register

CALL: Town office at 628-6260, Ext. 221. All participants must pre-register.
IN PERSON: Stop by the Parks and Recreation Department located at 15 Mercedes Drive between the hours of 8:00 and 4:30 p.m. Summer hours: 8:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Payments for all programs will only be accepted at the Town Office during business hours. You can call to register and pay with your credit card over the phone.
Cancellations & Changes
We do our best to ensure all programs are implemented exactly as outlined but sometimes the program date, time, location or fee may change. Programs are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.
The Town of Cornwall Parks and Recreation Department requires two (2) week written notice when ending all childcare programs. Please note: minimum and a maximum number of participants are required for each program to proceed.
Refunds
REFUNDS/ WITHDRAWS
- Prior to the program start date: Withdrawals may be made up to 3 days before a program starts and a full refund will be provided.
- On or after program start, prior to second class: Requests received on or after the start date of the program, regardless of class start time, will be pro-rated as of the date of notification and cannot be backdated. Withdrawal/Refund requests may be made no later than one business day prior to the second class. A pro-rated credit for the remaining classes can be left on your account for future program registration use. Refund requests will be pro-rated, as of date of notification and subject to a service fee of $10.00.
- After the second class of the program: Requests made after the second class of the program, will be processed for medical reasons ONLY for the remaining classes of the program and must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
Requests will be processed as of the date of notification and cannot be backdated. Medical requests are not subject to a service charge.
